Rare Disease Day 2022 | 28th February

RDNN support Rare Disease Day 2022

RDNN will be using #rarediseaseday2022 to highlight the challenges facing people living with a rare condition in accessing good care coordination. We will be uploading a series of short interviews with key stakeholders from across the rare disease community, highlighting why care coordination is important, what can be done to improve care coordination and what patients and their families need.

Look out for our first interview with Natalie Frankish, Policy and Engagement Officer from Genetic Alliance UK about the work she has been leading in Scotland to improve access to care coordination.
